Initiate Your Request
Log into your Rokrgeek account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange and receive your RMA number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include the printed return slip or order confirmation inside the box.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
